Terms of Service.

Acceptance.

By accessing or using mutantlabs.gg, any of our game demo subdomains, or any other site or service operated by Mutant Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.

Who we are.

Mutant Labs is an independent slot game studio. We design and distribute original slot games. We do not operate casinos, hold player accounts, or accept bets directly. Real-money gameplay only happens through licensed casino operators who license our games — your relationship for any wagering is with that operator, not with us.

Demo play.

Demo builds use a virtual balance that has no real-world value. No deposits, withdrawals, or wagers are processed. Outcomes are generated for demonstration purposes and do not reflect the certified math used in licensed deployments. Demo play is intended for users 18 years or older.

Intellectual property.

All content on the sites — including game artwork, game names, logos, the Mutant Labs wordmark, written copy, audio, and source code — is owned by or licensed to Mutant Labs. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of it without prior written permission. Press use of brand assets provided on the press page is permitted for editorial coverage.

Acceptable use.

Do not use the sites to: (a) attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the sites; (b) reverse-engineer game math, server-side logic, or any non-public component; (c) scrape or harvest content for unauthorized commercial use; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Mutant Labs.

No warranty.

The sites and demo builds are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or freedom from errors. Use at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutant Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the sites or demo builds. For real-money gameplay, all liability rests with the licensed operator providing that gameplay.

External links.

The sites may link to third-party services (e.g. casino operators, social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for content, terms, or practices of those third parties.

Challenges and prize claims.

Mutant Labs occasionally runs prize challenges open to players of our games on licensed casino operators. To be eligible to claim a prize you must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, located in a region where the relevant operator legally accepts play, playing on a casino account in good standing, and not currently self-excluded from that operator or from any multi-operator self-exclusion program covering your region. Each challenge has a published start and end time on its detail page; only rounds completed within that window qualify. Wins are determined by the first player to land the published target multiplier or higher, as evidenced by the operator’s tamper-proof bet replay URL. To claim, open a ticket on our Discord (discord.gg/W3DahHvGCk) with the replay URL — no alternative claim methods are accepted. Verified prizes are delivered as a peer-to-peer transfer on the operator’s platform to the account shown on the winning replay.

Verification, refusal, and modification.

Mutant Labs reserves the right to verify any claim, including by inspecting the replay URL, confirming account standing, and corroborating the timestamp with the operator. Rounds played in bonus-buy mode, free-spin mode, or any non-organic gameplay do not qualify and will be rejected. Mutant Labs may refuse to pay a prize where the replay cannot be verified, the round originated from prohibited gameplay, the claimant is ineligible, or the claim appears fraudulent or made in bad faith. Mutant Labs may also modify, suspend, or cancel any challenge at any time, including for suspected abuse, technical errors, or changes in operator availability. Where reasonably possible, notice of material changes is given through our X account or the affected challenge page.

Operator independence.

Each challenge is run by Mutant Labs alone. Mutant Labs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by any casino operator. Our games appear on licensed operators by separate commercial agreement, and challenges are an independent promotional activity by the studio. Challenges are void in any jurisdiction where promotions tied to gambling activity are restricted by law; it is the player’s responsibility to confirm legality in their own jurisdiction before participating.

Changes.

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of the sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent version is always available at this URL.

Governing law.

Governing law and jurisdiction will be designated upon completion of business registration. Until then, applicable European Union and local consumer-protection laws apply. Disputes will be addressed in good faith, and either party may seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction at that time.

Indemnification.

You agree to defend and indemnify Mutant Labs, its officers, employees, and contractors against any claim, demand, loss, or liability arising out of (a) your misuse of the sites, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or any rights of a third party while using the sites or demo builds.

Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Entire agreement.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mutant Labs regarding the sites and demo builds, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
