01

Why this matters.

Most people gamble for entertainment without harm. For some, gambling becomes a problem — financially, emotionally, or socially. Mutant Labs builds slot games, so we have a responsibility to take that seriously. This page exists for anyone who needs information, tools, or help.

02

Play within your means.

Slot games are designed to be entertaining over time, not a way to make money. The published return-to-player figure (RTP) is a long-run average — over thousands of spins or more. Any individual session can lose, and most do. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and treat any winnings as an exception, not a plan.

03

Warning signs.

If any of the following sound familiar, gambling may be becoming a problem: chasing losses with bigger bets; gambling money intended for rent, food, or bills; lying to friends or family about how much you play or spend; feeling restless or irritable when not gambling; gambling to escape stress or low moods; borrowing to keep playing. None of these are personal failures — they are signs to step back and seek support.

04

Stay in control.

Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Set a time limit and stick to that too. Never chase losses — the math does not change because you have lost. Take regular breaks; gambling is more enjoyable in moderation. Do not gamble while drunk, tired, upset, or under pressure. Most licensed casinos provide deposit limits, loss limits, session-time limits, and reality-check reminders — use them.

05

Self-exclusion.

If you need a longer break, every licensed casino offers self-exclusion: voluntarily blocking yourself from access for a set period (days, months, years, or permanently). Many regions also offer multi-operator self-exclusion programs that block you from all licensed sites in that region at once — for example, GAMSTOP (UK), ROFUS (Denmark), and Spelpaus (Sweden). Contact your casino operator directly to start this process.

06

Our challenges.

Mutant Labs occasionally runs prize challenges that reward players for hitting specific multipliers on our games. These are designed to add interest to organic play, not to encourage chasing losses or playing beyond your means. If you are currently self-excluded from any casino — directly or through a multi-operator program like GAMSTOP, ROFUS, or Spelpaus — challenge prizes from Mutant Labs are not available to you, and we will not deliver them. If you do participate, set a budget, stick to it, and treat any prize as a bonus, not as income.

07

Underage.

Real-money gambling and demo play are intended only for users 18 years or older. Some jurisdictions require 21+. If you are below the legal age in your region, do not use the demo and do not visit casino operators offering our games. Parents and guardians can install device-level restrictions (e.g. Net Nanny, Qustodio) to prevent access.

08

Built-in safeguards.

Mutant Labs games are designed to support responsible play: visible balance display at all times, autoplay with explicit stop control, no forced animations that obscure outcomes, and clearly labeled demo / fun-play modes that cannot be confused with real-money mode. Transaction history, deposit and loss limits, session-time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion tools are provided by the licensed operator hosting the game.
