Overview.

Mutant Labs operates mutantlabs.gg and demo builds at our *.mutantlabs.gg subdomains. We collect very little data. We do not sell any of it. This page explains what is collected, how it is used, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect.

When you visit the sites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical information — IP address, browser, device type, referring URL, and timestamps — for security and operational purposes. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of the message. Demo builds keep a virtual balance in your browser session; nothing about your demo play is sent to us or stored on our servers.

Challenge claims.

When you submit a challenge claim through X, we receive your X handle, your casino operator account username (visible on the bet replay you send us), and the replay URL. We use this information only to verify the claim, deliver the prize, and respond to any follow-up. We do not collect financial details — prize delivery happens entirely on the operator’s platform. Claim records are retained as long as needed for accounting and dispute purposes, then archived.

Cookies.

The sites do not currently set any cookies. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party trackers for marketing. If we add functional cookies or analytics in the future, this page will be updated and a clear notice will be shown.

How we use it.

We use the limited information described above to operate the sites, respond to messages you send us, prevent abuse, and improve the games and pages. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Third-party services.

The sites are hosted by Vercel and use fonts from open-source providers (Fontsource, Google Fonts). These providers may receive standard server logs as part of normal operation. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Legal basis.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: legitimate interest (operating and securing the sites, responding to inquiries, preventing abuse), contract (where you ask us to do something that requires processing), legal obligation (where law requires retention or disclosure), and consent (where applicable; you may withdraw consent at any time).

Your rights.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict its processing; to receive a copy in a portable format; or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hi@mutantlabs.gg with the request and a means of verifying your identity. We will respond within the time periods required by applicable law.

Retention.

Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to follow up on the conversation, then archived. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider per their standard policies. We do not maintain persistent profiles of site visitors.

Security.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including HTTPS for all traffic and access controls on internal systems. No method of internet transmission is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children.

The sites are intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact hi@mutantlabs.gg and we will delete it.

International transfers.

Our hosting provider operates data centers in multiple regions. Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable, transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the sites evolve. The most recent version is always available at this URL. The date at the top reflects the latest update.
